Who collects your details

MGA Cooling, a Melbourne heating and cooling business. When this page says “we”, it means MGA Cooling.

What we collect

Only what you type into our quote, booking, callback or contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and the details of your enquiry (for example the service you are interested in, your property type and any notes you add).

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and schedule work with you. That is all.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is stored securely in Australia and emailed to the MGA Cooling team so we can get back to you.

What we never do

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing. There is no mailing list sign-up hidden in our forms.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Email info@mgacooling.com.au and tell us what you would like: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or for us to delete it.

Making a complaint

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, email us first at info@mgacooling.com.au so we can try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
